Live YouTube Discussion with a Biblical Unitarian
Richard from the “Faithful Theology” YouTube channel asked me to participate in a live discussion with himself and a Biblical Unitarian, Aaron. The intent was to answer a few questions from those who deny the pre-human existence of Christ. The conversation got off to a rocky start due to technical difficulties, and Richard could not directly participate. Because of this, the 5 main questions I had agreed to answer were not really presented. However, Aaron took over and steered the conversation, and we ended up having what I would consider a very honest exchange of ideas. I found Aaron to be open-minded, willing to actually listen, understand, and seriously evaluate the points I was trying to make (something that is not common among the Biblical Unitarians I have encountered before).

Tim,
You should consider responding to CommonSenseChristianityT, who has critiqued your view in the video comments (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2D1TAl-LlJo)
He also created his own video in response to your view: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J2s5Gf4tyFU

Brian,
I have time for honest truth-seekers. I have no time for hecklers. I addressed the points he made in the discussion with Aaron from the grammar showing why they are false. He argues from OT silence, which is a logical fallacy, while dismissing what the NT says about Christ being the “hidden Wisdom” not understood by Israel, not revealed until the Apostles. He ignores the grammar in NT passages which give the Apostles’ explanations of these mysteries, like Col. 1:15-20, Phil. 2:5-10, & John 1, for which BUs have no workable solutions. Anyone who listens to the entire discussion with an open mind can see why his arguments are fallacious.
I am moving on from this topic once I finish 2 more videos. For those seeking truth, my entire BBI video series presents the case for preexistence and provides answers to the BU arguments. These are available for those with “ears to hear.” But for those who “have eyes, but cannot see, and ears, but do not hear,” I am not going to waste any more time debating on other websites or YouTube channels. I am moving in a different direction, getting back to what 4Winds was originally intended to be, a teaching resource. Debating with antagonists is a waste of precious time.
